Sanitize water tanks and inspect for leaks 2. Service your water heater to include inspection of Ano Rod (if applicable), heating element, propane heating system. Flush tank as required. 3. Clean and inspect refrigerator. This especially applies to absorption refrigerators. This will include inspecting for proper insulation, air gap, operational fans, and proper cooling. This requires a two-day process to ensure proper cooling. 4. Clean AC coils, inspect for proper operation of AC units. Check to ensure all potential air loss is prevented in duct system. 5. Repack bearings. Replace wheel seals. Check brakes and replace if necessary. 6. Install or clean out dirt dobbers. 7. Winterize your camper. 8. Roof and aning inspection. 9.
