AC Repair or Replacement
Diagnose and repair AC unit. Replace AC unit if required. Replace thermostat or wiring as required. Replace broken AC covers. AC coil cleaning. Inspect and repair, if required, duct systems.
Gray and Black Tank Cleaning
Did you know Gray tanks are normally nastier and smell worse than Black tanks? Clean and Sanitize your Gray and Black tanks. $175 for the first tank and $75 for each additional tank. For Clog and Pyramid cleaning plus removing the clog, two black tank cleanings are required. $450 for the black tank then add $75 for each additional tank. Training on what products to use and what not to use on your tanks is included.
Emergency Services
We are available for emergency calls! That can include slides, jacks, water leaks, AC outage in the middle of a Texas summer and heaters. If you have a propane leak, shut off your propane and evacuate your camper for your own safety, then call us. Clogged toilets are considered an emergency as well.
Leveling System Diagnose, Repair, Replace
Hydraulic, electric and potentially manual systems. Replace broken hydraulic lines and bleed air. Test cylinders for internal leaking. Zero Set of your system.
Replace any broke or bent jacks.
Remember hydraulic oil should be changed every two years!
Refrigerator, Heater, Water Heaters and All Other Appliances
Refrigerator not working or inconsistent cooling. Water heater not producing hot water. Water heater needs preventative maintenance to include interior tank cleaning and Anode Rod replacement. Stove not lighting. Microwave not working properly (can repair incoming power only or replacement of microwave). Electrical system diagnostics (i.e. power converter, battery etc.). No signal to TV, bad antenna or coax cable.
Plumbing
Repair leaks. Replace motors or check valves as required. Repair toilets. Replace Hep-o-Valve. Replace sink hardware. Sanitize and/or winterize system and more.
Slide Repair
Slide out adjustment(s). Slide out repairs to include motors, cable systems or rails. Roller replacement. Seal replacement. Screw or Hydraulic Cylinder replacement.
Propane Inspection and Repairs
Test, detect and prevent potentially dangerous leaks. Ensure optimal performance of propane-powered appliances. Comply with safety regulations and manufacturer recommendations. Certified through the Texas Rail Road Commission.
Roof Inspection
Verify that roof is sealed properly. Check all areas where there is a potential for water to enter the cabin. Clean and seal all potential trouble spots. Roofs should be inspected every 6 months, ideally spring and fall.
Check Camper and Trailer Battery
Inspect battery and test for strength. Replace battery(s) as necessary. Inspect all wiring from battery into cabin breaker panel. Replace or repair any damaged wiring. Inspect and or replace trailer break away.
Awnings or Slide Toppers
Correct malfunctioning mechanisms, bent or broken arms, slide topper alignment problems, weather-related damage, worn-out springs or rollers. Replace awning.
Repair awning Lights
Repack Bearings and Brakes
Repack all bearings. Inspect brakes for wear and operation. Replace wheel seals and dust covers. Lubricate suspension system.
Pre/Post-Season Get Ready for Storage
This is an a la carte service and may include the following or more upon your request. Price may be negotiated based off the amount of work to be completed.
1. Sanitize water tanks and inspect for leaks
2. Service your water heater to include inspection of Ano Rod (if applicable), heating element, propane heating system. Flush tank as required.
3. Clean and inspect refrigerator. This especially applies to absorption refrigerators. This will include inspecting for proper insulation, air gap, operational fans, and proper cooling. This requires a two-day process to ensure proper cooling.
4. Clean AC coils, inspect for proper operation of AC units. Check to ensure all potential air loss is prevented in duct system.
5. Repack bearings. Replace wheel seals. Check brakes and replace if necessary.
6. Install or clean out dirt dobbers.
7. Winterize your camper.
8. Roof and aning inspection.
9. Wiring and battery Inspection.
